I knew there was something odd about Bilbo’s ink portrait

is old Bilbo (Ian Holm)

while the other:

is young Bilbo (Martin Freeman)

Whoa. Whoa.

Something about his hair always seemed odd to me, but I owned it up to dwarves-have-invaded-my-home-and-I’m-on-the-verge-of-a-nervous-breakdown Bilbo.

This is an awesome catch. Ian and Martin really are a perfect match.
